NYT Repost: Food and psychology

The New York Times has done it again, with this intruiging little gem on how rituals can make food "taste" better. Check out this article for the details! I think I'll start having people put together their own plates and assemble their food when they come over for dinner... ; )

I'm in Indiana right now, wrapping up my band's work on our next album. I'll be back at home later this week, and can't wait to get into the kitchen and eat a bunch of tomatoes, and other perfectly in-season summer foods before the Fall comes. Salad Nicoise, Caprese, nomm!
